1. No Returns for Custom Orders
Custom-made products such as temples, statues, jalis, domes, and pillars cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only when:
• Order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it
• Production has not yet started
• A manufacturing defect is proven through photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery
3. Non-Refundable Items
• All custom-made items
• Personalized carvings
• Goods damaged by customers
• Natural stone color/texture variations (as these are not defects)
4. Transit Damage
• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is mandatory for claims
• Replacement will be provided for genuine issues; no cash refunds
5. Advance Payments
Advance payments become non-refundable once production work begins.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
