We manufacture and supply natural stone products including sandstone temples, sculptures, jalis, domes, pergolas, stone furniture, and custom architectural structures. All images shown on the website are for representation purposes only; natural variations in stone are normal.

2. Custom Orders
• Custom design orders require advance payment.
• Once a design is approved and production begins, cancellation or modification is not allowed.
• Delivery timelines depend on carving complexity and stone type.

3. Pricing
• Prices vary based on stone type, size, design, and work complexity.
• GST and transportation charges are applicable.

4. Payments
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or approved online methods. Full payment must be cleared before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery
• Heavy stone products are shipped through specialized logistics partners.
• Delivery estimates depend on transport conditions and destination.
• Risk transfers to the customer once the goods leave our factory premises.

6. Damage During Transit
• Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Delivery delays
• Natural variations in stone color or texture
• Installation issues caused by third-party contractors

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content featured on our website are the intellectual property of Mayanshi Stone Industries.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Rajasthan.
